Thing I would regret?

Someone asked me on my formspring what was one thing I would regret. I think to regret something is a waste of emotion. I mean we live and learn and life keeps going on. When we dwell in the past of something that could have been different, time is leaving us behind. So I don't want to regret anything, so therefore I will live in the present, and make the most of the here and now yes?

Recently, I found out that my friend was being hospitalized because of her low heart rate. She fainted, and is under 100 pounds right now. I would call it anorexia, but she denies the notion. The doctors tell her that she has to remain there for many weeks, I hope she can get better soon. It's a shame to be passing the summer in a hospital, when she has no major problems besides mental health and underweightedness. sigh. I wish I could live closer to her and maybe visit her.

Although it is a bittersweet song about having loved and lost, and remain one sided.. it's so sweet. Makes me realize that this dream of becoming some celebrity is no easy task. Private life and friends take on a new meaning.

I dig The Dig

As my friend was asking me to recommend new music, I realized that I've not been as diligent as I used to when it comes to finding fresh bands. Welllll, today I reconnected with that side of me and what I found (stumbled upon) was this band.

With their new album out Electric Toys. From NYC, this band constructs songs that are very different from each other that depict some kind of story. I really enjoyed listening to this. Turns out that they are coming to Austin, TX for a concert! VERY SOON IN JULY! It's too bad that I have class on that night, or else I would have gone.

Speaking of concerts, I did some research and I have a list of a few artists/bands who I am looking forward to seeing!!

What should I write about? my loves? my life?

Someone today told me that they were curious about my life..

is that interesting enough for me to document down? I can barely be consistent with my diary...
i'm thinking dull dull dull.

I suppose a sporadic mixture is fitting because it pairs up with my thoughts.

Does anyone here have theme songs that seem to fit in nicely with their daily routine?

apparently my perception of myself is complete different than how the world views me, not that it matters, it's an interestin thought though

Anyways, I am writing this with a stinky tofu in mind...Miami better make some room for this tofu because he is heading that way, gonna start a new life.

BBMak is Love

Something about the idea of graduating high school, that makes me feel like bringing out the dusty old CD's of my past that have kept me going up to now. One of my favorite bands in the 90's was a British boy band called BBMak. Does anyone remember them?

I don't think I have ever been tired of listening to their romantic and catchy tunes.

I absolutely adore their British accents, music videos, and harmonies!

Entonces..ahora mismo estoy escuchando a Luis Fonsi

Last night I happened to change the channel to America Latino TV or something like that and they were interviewing this guy who is Puerto Rican and he lived in America for most of his life..i believe.. anyways, instead of trying to get famous in America in music, he chose his roots and made it big in all of Latin America!

I've always enjoyed listening to Spanish music, like Juanes, Julieta Venegas, and Diego Gonzalez.

Now I have another name to add to the list! Listen to this song Nada es para Siempre, which is about 2 years old.. but I really think it is sweet and catchy!!

Steadily Breathe in..

As I sit here in class and be distracted with new music selections, I noticed how many indie bands from Oregon I especially enjoy to listen to...


A Weather is another one of them, their sound is really soothing and it makes me want to cuddle up with a good book, tea and my soft blanket on this rainy day.

What I noticed while listening to each song, is that they always give reference to the WEATHER! In the given mood of the song.. and they also sing about other natural elements.

I recommend you whoever you may be to give a listen to their newest album Everyday Baloons, if you are into the mellow and lax type of music :D.......it just fits my day today
